Where are the Technos?

Are you a Techno, or Techie, or Techy, or is that even a word? What I mean is do you love modern technology? I do, even though I don't always know exactly how to get the most out of whatever device I have. I really need to take lessons to know how to use all these great inventions. This week I acquired a new "device" that is going to be fun - a Shuffle. It plays music right in your ear. It can manage 2GB of audio data in 1.25 inches square of clip-on size. Amazing! No less amazing that what our Husqvarna Viking Sewing and Embroidery machines can do. And when you purchase one from us we GIVE you lessons on how to operate the machine - as many as you need - to learn to maneuver in the machine and get the desired results. Now, that's a real plus. Many of these machines can connect directly to your computer if you wish to access data directly. And speaking of music, you can put your own sounds into the machine for when you touch certain buttons or make certain requests. Personalize your sewing machine! Now that is living! See us; we can explain.

H&C Feature of the Week: Lady Grace
At Heirlooms & Comforts our feature of the week is the Lady Grace fabrics from Blue Hill Fabrics . They are reminiscent of the 30's style fabrics. We have several books and patterns that are especially suited to this style fabric. Kathy White put together a sample of one pattern on Saturday just to show how it goes together and it would be perfect for these fabrics for a "summer" quilt. Get a double punch on your Fabric Card when you buy this fabric this week. Quite a bonus.

Want a Diamond?
At Heirlooms & Comforts our stock of pre-owned machines is shrinking rapidly as ladies are coming in to purchase these bargains. If you have been wishing for a Diamond now is the time to come in since the stock on these is good right now. I encourage you to investigate because we have several fewer than we had a week ago! A Diamond is a girl's best friend, you know. It can do a lot for you. Come in to see the samples we have sewn.
