Successful Event

Another Carolina Shop Hop has run it course. What a great time we have all had participating in this adventure. It was really nice to see friends we have made across the years as they have hopped from year to year. We all have aged and wizened as time has gone by. We have sewed our purchases and used our prizes in our art/craft of quilting and sewing. When you share your items with us it is always a joy to see what you have made.

The Carolina Comforts book added a new dimension to our fun this year. Hopefully you had an opportunity to say to Robin and the others who worked on her committee how much you liked the book. If not yet, send a quick email to Asheville Cotton Co and Robin so that she knows about your appreciation. We have copies of the book to sell at $18.95 if you failed to get one during shop hop.

The 13 shops will convene on July 25 to finalize the year 2011 Carolina Shop Hop. Then the prizewinners from the drawings will be notified of their good luck. Keep an eye and an ear out after the 25th to see if we pull your name.
